bodyART general terms and conditions for education

Conditions
The registration requires written form (by mail or fax) or the enrollment system on the website www.bodyartschool.com can be used. With a confirmation by the bodyARTschool the registration becomes binding. The participation in an education requires the respective knowledge and (see also description of the education modules) and the physical abilities. There is a lower and an upper limit of participants. The participants will receive an invitation via mail at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Only for participants from Germany who pay by direct debit: the amount will be charged 2-3 weeks in advance to the event. 

Costs
All prices are  prices including VAT. The VAT is determined by the venue. Guideline for the costs

Cancellation 
The cancellation fee per module (also with medical certificate) is 35,70 Euro including VAT (Switzerland 47,60 CHF including VAT). By cancellation or a rebooking 15 days till 2 days prior to the education/event the client has to pay 50% of the costs. A cancellation or a rebooking 1 day and less before the education/event is no longer possible. Each cancellation or rebooking requires written form. Exception for events: the client is offering a participant with corresponding qualifications as replacement. However, this must be arranged with the bodyARTschool beforehand.

Change of reservation/Rebooking
A change of reservation is possible until 14 days prior to education/event and in this case the fee is 23,80 Euro per module including VAT (Switzerland 35,70 CHF including VAT). The costs for a rebooking less than 14 days prior to the education/event are 50% of the fee plus VAT. A rebooking 1 day and less before the education/event is no longer possible.
Registration without attendance
If the client registers for an event but does not attend, the client has to pay 100% of the fee (also with medical certificate).

Repetitive Participation
By presenting the valid bodyART license we offer a discount of 30% per module (not valid for teacher training, trainings camp and events as well as congresses) as long as there are remaining spots available.

Conditions of Participation
The host (the bodyARTschool) reserves the right to cancel educations/events for good reason (e.g. low number of participants). In this case the client is offered an equal event or the payment is refunded. Traveling expenses will not be reimbursed. Further, the host (the bodyARTschool) reserves the right to alternate settings in time and place (within the announced area). 

Copyright
The concept bodyART by Robert Steinbacher is protected by copyright and it needs an explicit permission for publication or any other use. It is forbidden to copy the training material or to pass it to anybody. In case of infringement a contract penalty of 5000 EUR has to be paid.

Competition Clause
The participants are forbidden to use the bodyART knowledge acquired for the development of own concepts, to market the concept as their own and to compete with bodyART. The participants are allowed to advertise their bodyART classes. But it is further forbidden to advertise the bodyART educations system in the name of the bodyARTschool. A presentation of the bodyART concepts at conventions and similar events is not allowed. It is explicitly prohibited to hold and to advertise a bodyART education or workshop. A violation of the competition clause can be punished with a fine of up to 3000,00 EUR and a repeated violation will impose other liquidated damages.

Pictures and Video recording

With the registration the participant agrees that pictures and/or video recordings are taken during the education/event by the bodyARTschool and these materials can be used for advertisement and published on the internet. If the participant does not agree he/she needs to announce this prior to the education/event.

Liability
The bodyARTschool assumes no liability for any accidents, thefts or damages occurring during the education/events, on the way to the education/events or on the way home. Insurance coverage is at the client’s own account.
