BodyART™ General Terms and Conditions

Conditions and terms
The booking has to be by mail, fax or e-mail (by www.bodyartschool.com) and will only be binding for both sides if confirmed by Body ART School. To be admitted to an education the client has to have the respective qualifications (see also description of the education modules). The number of participants is bounded below and above. The invitation and the bill will be mailed at least 2 weeks prior to the event. For participants from Germany who take part in the direct debiting system, the amount payable will be written off 2-3 weeks prior to the event booked.

Costs
All specified costs are quoted gross unless specified otherwise. Costs and value-added tax regulations are determined by venue.

Cancellation / Change of Reservation / Nonattendance
Cancellation and change of reservation is possible 10 days prior to the event; a processing fee of 20 € per module will be charged. A cancellation or change of reservation needs to be in written form. 

By cancellation or change of reservation 10 days or less prior to event or nonattendance the full amount is due. Exception: the client is offering a participant with corresponding qualifications as replacement. This however must be arranged with the BodyArt School beforehand.

Repetitive Participation
By presenting the valid license we offer a discount of 50% if any places are available. 

Conditions of Participation
The operator reserves the right to cancel events for good reason (f. e. low occupancy rate). In this case the client is offered an equal event or the payment is refunded. Travel expenses will not be reimbursed.

The right of alterations in time and place setting (within the announced area) is reserved to the operator.

Liability
The BodyART School assumes no liability for any accidents, thefts or damages occurring during events. Insurance coverage is at the client’s own account.
