BodyART™ trainingsdays in the mountains

from 11th to 14th June 2009

Four days for you ! You can expect 5 daily different lectures in yoga, tai chi and BodyART™ for beginners and advanced with our BodyART Team.
Mountain air, calmness, being treated to some fine food, sauna, whirlpool and the possibility for beautiful walks in a stunning nature … to take a break from everyday life…
These 4 days in Arosa are open to anybody.
The first lectures start Thursday at around 10 am and the last lecture will take place on Sunday around 2:30 pm.
