The BodyART™ training camp is designed for BodyART™ instructor level 1 and 2. The number of participants of the training camp is limited so individual assistance of each participant is possible.

Aim of the training camp is to widen and deepen knowledge in theory and practice. The chance will be given to polish the personal technique and individual performance.

Robert Steinbacher and Alexa Lé will alternately attend during these days and assist each single trainee through personal feedback concerning performance in BodyART™ technique, flow and breathing. 

In addition two selected teachers will be invited and will teach a day each.

To make these three days as rewarding to the trainees as possible, it is helpful if participants bring noted open questions, uncertainties and/or expectations with them.
