The BodyART™ teacher training is designed to give security and practice to BodyART™ instructors Level 1 and 2 and for those who still have to take the BA exam. This module also gives new input and assistance in performing the BodyART™-technique and it helps finding answers to open questions.
The class is split in two modules, three hours each.
Morning:
Following a harmonious and professional BodyART™-lesson is the collective review and explanation of the useful structured BodyART™-lesson. This intensifies the understanding of a well-balanced BodyART™-lesson.
Afternoon:
Practicing of prestructured motion procedures and exercise units. Priority is the clean performance of the correct BodyART-technique.
