description: Any  bodyART™ instructor level 1 chooses subsequent to his education his personal way and thereby gives his bodyART™ lessions an individual touch. To consciously amplify the energetic and flowing part of  bodyART™, we have created a module that aligns various asanas from yoga, holistic and energetic positions, aimed breathing and elements of relaxation. This workshop extends the trainees knowledge and leads it in a direction that integrates itself in the personality of the teacher. The trainees will also find many elements that can be wonderfully integrated into the warm up and cool down phase of a  bodyART™ lesson.
