Description:  bodyART™ Relax concentrates on the final phase of a bodyART™ lesson. The relaxation techniques are learned in theory and practice, perfect for concluding a bodyART™ lesson. Many different ways to finish with a harmonic conclusion ideally aligned to the lesson before and aimed at stress reduction and mental balance for the participants are demonstrated to the bodyART™ Instructor.
