History of Nicole

Nicole is English and lived in England until she was 19 years old. She began her career as a professional horse trainer and worked and competed Internationally. Moving to Luxembourg she continued her riding career there and competed for the Luxembourg Mounted Games Team in Europe, Canada and USA having great fun jumping on and off ponies in competitions that were similar to Gymkhana games and Polo!

To support this career Nicole later began to work for a bank in Luxembourg, and was there for 7 years as a project manager, continuing her riding activities outside of work.

Always enjoying other sports too when there was the time aerobic and dance classes, mountain biking, snow boarding, running, swimming and inline skating!  ?I always used to say if I could get paid for all the sport I did in a day I would be a millionaire!!?

Nicole was offered a job working as an assistant Director in a corporate fitness company in Luxembourg and developed fitness projects and activities for banks. This led her to begin to teach aerobic classes and within 2 months she was teaching 20 classes a week!

Moving to Zurich in 2002, Nicole started to teach in Holmes Place and other clubs in and around the city. Shortly after she was asked to manage group fitness in the

Holmes Place Zurich club, and was also the regional group fitness manager for Holmes Place Switzerland.  For the past 5 years until now Nicole has continued this role and also offers 25 classes per week on top and has been educated and continues to teach 17 different types of group fitness classes!! Nicole worked for SAFS for several years presenting Les Mills programs and now continues to independently present Les Mills at clubs, holidays and conventions around Europe.  With Robert and Alexa moving to Holmes Place in 2006, Nicole quickly sprung into BodyART™, immediately taking the education and beginning to teach. It was amazing to find such a simple way of effectively working your mind and body to any degree, a program with no limitations, with super results, and which cannot fail to attract and be beneficial for anybody.?

Spending more time now dancing and practicing Astanga Yoga, outside of her classes, with yoga continuing to enhance her BodyART™, Nicole is working closely with Robert, Alexa and the BodyART™ school on plans for 2009, as well as continuing to be present in educations and conventions. BodyART™, the team, Brigitte, Robert, Alexa? what a great opportunity that came into my life ? this is something I don´t want to just take part in, but be part of, and to assist to help to grow and develop the school so that more and more people can be as lucky as me and to experience a great thing!?
