BodyART™ - Philosophical Approach

BodyART™ gives priority to the human being as the unit of body, mind and soul. BodyART™ Training abstracts in the muscular and the energetic approach. Resembling a yin-yang symbol, parts of both approaches are included in each approach because you can’t detach body and mind in their origin. The body requires the mind and the mind requires the body.

Hence the BodyART™ PHILOSOPHY unites the human as a whole (body/mind/soul).

However BodyART™ Training gives “active priority” to the human body.

In Far Eastern philosophy, religions, dogmas, spiritual processes and/or cleansing processes are of concern. They build the basis for teaching methods, f.e. Ayurveda, Tai Chi, Yoga or Qi Gong. These methods should be actually lived for and be incarnated because physical and mental rituals build the sciences and define the TRAINING. Treating them as TRAINING and teaching them, you should really expose yourself to the philosophy of these methods.

The base of BodyART™ TRAINING is the physical training. All exercises, concepts and positions learned, trained and practised in BodyART™ have been approved and investigated for years.

for instance:

o        how can I train a position

o        how can I avoid injuries

o        what effects has a position

o        what are the anatomical backgrounds of a exercise/position

o        how can a position be adapted for beginners or advanced students

Muscular, physiological and biomechanical approach are the columns and that is why it is named  BodyART™ TRAINING.

In the BodyART School physiotherapists, yogateachers, pedagogs, movement therapists, shiatsu-teachers and osteopath have been researching the positions and motion sequences for over 13 years:

A: for BodyART™ instructors (how can I teach a position) and
B: for BodyART™ students (how to follow safely through a position and BodyART™ TRAINING).

This is the speciality of the BodyART™ School and it builds the basis for a safe and intense BodyART™ TRAINING.

RELIGION and the charcteristics of BodyART™ TRAININGS

Das BodyART™ TRAINING possesses an energetic background but the approach is „free of religious“ motives and therefore gives open space for each participant (religious, spiritual, atheistic, rehabilitative, ageless, male, female, a.o.)

This freedom plus the energetic and muscular structure of BodyART™ TRAINING gives each participant the option to choose his approach during TRAININGS  individually.

BodyART™ is free and without judgement. It unites both sides (muscular and energetic) to yin and yang.

BodyART™ AND THE HUMAN BEING

Anybody has the right to develop as free and individually as he wants or is able to. Any man strives for relentless self-fulfilment and expansion. This is he birth right for everyone and it has to be respected and considered.

This liberty is encouraged by BodyART™ TRAINING and is, in doing so, influencing the physically and mentally functioning of the student. Having this effect, BodyART™ TRAINING develops the mind and body of is participants.

The BodyART™ PHILOSOPHY teaches the student a new body feeling and the belief to be responsible for your body. It makes you feel your body and gives you the opportunity to change for the better under one’s own steam.

Life is movement -
Movement is change
-
Solely who is ready to move something,
is able to change things
